🌟 Vision for Heyes Hangout
Launched in September 2025, Heyes Hangout is more than just a wraparound club. It is a vibrant extension of Heyes Lane Primary School’s vision for an exceptional school for everyone. Rooted in the same values, beliefs, and high expectations that define our school, Heyes Hangout offers a nurturing, joyful space where children thrive beyond the traditional school hours.
At Heyes Hangout, our school’s ethos is reflected in every interaction. Children and staff live out the principles that make Heyes Lane special: respect, kindness, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. Whether starting their day with us or winding down after school, children experience consistency, care, and community.
We are proud to offer a safe and happy environment that parents trust completely. Families can drop their children off with full confidence, knowing they are in capable hands: engaged, supported, and smiling. Heyes Hangout is not just a place to be. It is a place to belong.
This is the best possible beginning or end to a child’s school day, where friendships flourish, creativity is encouraged, and every child feels seen and valued. Together, we are building a wraparound provision that truly wraps its arms around the whole child.
How to contact us in case of an emergency...
Please call the number below to contact us in the following circumstances only:
- a different person is collecting your child who is not on your contact list/emergency contacts
- you are going to be late collecting your child (this will incur an additional charge)
- any other emergency situation that you cannot tell us face-to-face

7.00am - 8.45am and 3.00pm - 6.00pm for school wraparound term time
7.00am -6.00pm for holiday clubs

Breakfast & Afterschool clubs

What’s Included:
Breakfast (AM session): 7.30 am – 8.45am
A choice of cereals, fruit platter, yoghurt, toast or crumpets, served with milk, fruit juice, or water.
Light Tea (PM session): 3.20pm – 6.00pm
A rotating menu of dishes such as pasta, beans on toast, or sandwiches, served with vegetable batons and a fruit platter.
PLUS:
Free Homework Club in the evenings, all activities and resources are included at no extra cost
Booking Options:
Permanent bookings available throughout the school year, which will secure your place every week.
Ad-hoc places available when you need occasional care or are happy to book week by week.

Holiday clubs

We will be offering a range of holiday clubs, in our dedicated hangout room. Your children will be looked after by our experienced and caring staff, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment
building on the trusted, home-from-home atmosphere of our before and after school clubs.
What’s Included in our holiday clubs?
All food is included during the day whether it be breakfast, snacks, lunch or light tea.
Children will enjoy a wide range of exciting activities, all included in the price:
Arts & crafts, Sports, PlayStation fun, baking and cooking & story time to name but a few
Plus, we’ll have weekly special events announced closer to the time – so there’s always something new to look forward to!
Booking Options:
Choose from a range of options to designed to suit your needs.
We offer full days, mornings, afternoons and a wraparound breakfast and evening option too, we open at 7.30am in the morning and close at 6pm! You can even wraparound Treads sports holiday club.
Who is it for?
The simple answer is everyone! We warmly welcome children who don’t attend Heyes Lane too from School Nursery age to year 6.
Please note if you are booking a Treads Sports wraparound session these are available for children age 4 to 12 years.
